Alabama Spay Neuter Clinic

Low-cost spay and neuter is available from the 501(c)(3) nonprofit Alabama Spay Neuter Clinic in Irondale (Birmingham). The Clinic’s vets are specialists at dog and cat sterilization who perform thousands of surgeries every year to help Alabama’s animals: over 125,000 surgeries and counting.

• Schedule online, or call 205-956-0012 or 877-334-9738.
• Transportation is available from Oneonta on the Hip-to-Snip Express for $10/pet (or included with Fix Your Mama). This Blount County route runs approximately once a month. Be sure to book your pet’s appointment and transportion at the same time.
• Sterilization is offered for pet dogs and cats and for community cats (TNR).

Alabama Spay Neuter Clinic is open to all. With a service range of 13 counties, there is high demand for their low-cost, expert surgeries. Allow plenty of time to schedule, and if your schedule changes, notify the clinic or vet immediately so that the resources reserved for you can be offered to another dog or cat.
